Manufactoring

• MÜNZING strives to manufacture our products in all major continents. We currently have production facilities in Germany and the USA. As our sales grow in Asia, we intend to shorten the supply chain to our distributors and produce in that region as well.
• Our manufacturing capabilities in Germany are vast and flexible. Indeed, our highly automated multi-purpose plant provides flexibility and consistent quality.
• Our European site covers both activities: synthesis and formulation.
• For the synthesis, the multi-purpose characteristics of our plant gives us access to a large range of reactions:

  - Sulfonation	- Phosphatation	- Polymerisation
  - Sulfatation	- Amidation	- Polycondensation
  - Chlorination	- Esterification	- Polyaddition

  
  
• Our U.S. facility in Clover, South Carolina produces almost all formulated additives sold in the Americas. This facility has adopted “flexibility” as a major core competence for the production of defoamers. Any customer need can be satisfied with our customization capabilities and the flexibility of this manufacturing site and our supply chain.
• Our Heilbronn manufacturing site also has the ability of toll manufacturing.
