Leader Operative Technology (m/f/d)

For our production site in Elsteraue we are looking for a committed and professionally convincing personality as Leader Operative Technology (m/f/d).

Range of tasks:

• Establishment and management of a multi-member maintenance team (electrical/mechanical/software)
• Planning and supervision of rebuild projects during the shutdown
• Ensuring that production is as trouble-free as possible
• Tendering and obtaining offers, as well as ordering trades and external services
• Coordinating external companies in the case of outsourcing major maintenance work
• Analysis of existing maintenance processes and their transfer to the new plant
• Optimization of maintenance processes, including the development of maintenance and servicing plans, planning and adherence to maintenance and repair budgets
• Ensuring plant monitoring and the technical documentation
• Responsibility for the safe operation of the plants in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Weak point analysis, concept development and implementation of measures to optimize the plants as a basis for the development of the "preventive maintenance" guidelines

Your profile:

• Experience in maintenance and/or management of technical projects
• Knowledge in the use of production control systems
• Basic knowledge of mechanics, electrics and PLC programming
• Knowledge of certification according to ISO 9001/14001/50001
• Ideally knowledge of the SAP maintenance module PM as well as COSMOS
• Leadership experience, gladly also from the 2nd row
• Assertive - ideally with the ability to inspire employees for a transformation process
• Affinity for technical innovations
• High level of safety awareness and understanding of legal requirements
• Distinct hands-on mentality
