This role serves as the primary point of contact for sample requests from the Clover, South Carolina location and ensures accurate processing and global shipment readiness. The position plays a critical role in securing new business, supporting product launches, and ensuring timely and compliant sample fulfillment in a chemical manufacturing environment.<br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</strong></span></p><p>•\tServe as the point of contact for receiving and managing all sample requests from Sales and Technical </p><p>•\tReview and process incoming sample requests, determining sourcing, required approvals, and necessary documentation </p><p>•\tMaintain an accurate and sufficient chemical inventory to allow for the timely fulfillment of sample requests</p><p>•\tCoordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely preparation and shipment of samples </p><p>•\tEnsure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory requirements for shipping chemical samples, including maintaining DOT HAZMAT Shipping and IATA Dangerous Goods certifications</p><p>•\tIdentify and resolve issues related to sample availability, data accuracy, or shipment delays </p><p>•\tSupport continuous improvement of sample coordination processes and data management practices </p><p>•\tOther tasks as assigned by management<br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>EXPERIENCE &amp; REQUIREMENTS: </strong></span></p><p>•\tAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required</p><p>•\t2–5 years of experience in supply chain, customer service, or administrative support role (manufacturing environment preferred)</p><p>•\tExperience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), particularly order processing</p><p>•\tProficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office suite</p><p>•\tStrong attention to detail and data accuracy</p><p>•\tAbility to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment</p><p>•\tStrong organizational and problem-solving skills</p><p>•\tEffective communication and coordination skills across teams</p><p>•\tBasic understanding of chemical products, labeling, or shipping requirements is a plus<br></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT &amp; PHYSICAL DEMANDS</strong></span></p><p>•\tAbility to work at a computer for extended periods</p><p>•\tAbility to move throughout the manufacturing facility as needed to support sample
