At the same time, you will provide structured market insights and customer feedback to both management and cross-functional teams.</span></p>\n\n<b>Your Tasks</b>\n<ul><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Development and expansion </strong>of the business in the Central and South of Germany by acquiring new customers and maintaining existing relationships.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Conducting technical sales talks</strong> (Tech Talks) to identify customer requirements, unmet needs and to position our portfolio.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Translation of customer requirements</strong> into qualified projects, technical application studies, sample requests and application tests.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Establishment and active management</strong> of a CRM-supported sales pipeline, including stage gate control, prioritization and consistent follow-up through to successful closure</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Increase project-to-order conversion</strong> through disciplined opportunity management and targeted use of application testing and technical services.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Regular customer visits</strong> and virtual meetings, including the creation of visit reports, forecasting and ensuring accurate and up-to-date CRM records.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Close cooperation </strong>with application engineering, product management, supply chain and R&amp;D, including feedback on market trends, competitive activities and customer needs.</span></li></ul>\n\n<b>Your Profile</b>\n<ul><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Successfully completed a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a comparable scientific discipline.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">At least 3 years of experience in sales or closely related functions (marketing, product management) with a proven track record of customer success</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Experience in the sale of specialty additives or other high-value chemical raw materials, either with a manufacturer or a distributor.
