Student Trainee (m/f/d) in Human Resources

Abstatt, Germany—Study

For our HR department we are looking for a student trainee (m/f/d) for immediate support in the daily business and in current projects. The working time is up to 20 hours a week with flexible deployment options.

The dual study program - Business Administration Industry (DHBW Stuttgart) at MÜNZING.

Heilbronn, Germany + 3—Study

During your three-year training, you will learn about all functional areas of a company in a three-month rotation between the university and our commercial departments. We will train you to become a practice-oriented all-rounder within your dual study program.

The dual study program - chemical engineering (DHBW Mannheim) at MÜNZING

Heilbronn, Germany + 3—Study

During your three-year training, you will get to know all laboratory areas of a company in a three-month rotation between the university and our technical departments. The Chemical Engineering degree program combines sciences with classical and practical engineering technology in a fascinating way.

Team Leader Application Technology

In 2005, I started my training as a chemical laboratory technician at MÜNZING. In the course of this training I passed through various synthesis and application departments. This only further confirmed my interest in chemistry in general. After successfully completing my training, MÜNZING offered me the opportunity to join the technology team of Business Unit PCA (Paper and Coatings Additives). In 2015, I was offered the great opportunity to become a team leader due to the strong growth of the company. This made my contact with customers even closer to be able to recommend suitable problem solvers. Through acquisition in 2018, my area of responsibility was expanded, which also allowed me to develop further qualifications. I didn't think at the beginning that I would later be holding regular meetings with America, Asia, and Australia, and that my scope of duties and responsibilities would also expand internationally. For me, becoming part of MÜNZING was the best decision. The company and I have grown together but it is still a family-owned business, I know all managing directors personally. We are a medium-sized and globally active group.
