Recruiting Process

Send an e-mail with your application documents to bewerbung@munzing.com . Please make sure that the amount of data does not exceed 10 MB. Also, for security reasons, we only support the following file formats: PDF, DOCX, JPG. If your documents do not comply with these file formats, your e-mail or attachments will unfortunately be automatically deleted and your documents will not reach us. If you have questions regarding the job, you will always find the individual contact person from our HR department for the vacant position at the job posting. Our HR-colleagues are happy to help you.

Once we have received your application, our HR department will review your documents together with the relevant specialist department.

If your profile matches ours, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for a first interview.. Depending on how many applications have been received for each position, this process may take several weeks. So we kindly ask you to be patient under these circumstances.

4.

After you have completed the first interview with us, our specialist departments and the HR department will discuss internally which candidates were convincing at the first interview. If you were able to convince us, we will invite you to a second interview in the next step. In most cases, the managing director responsible for the department will also take part in this interview.

5.

If you are also convincing at the second interview, you will receive an acceptance letter from us. After that, things move quickly.

6.

You will receive an already signed contract by mail. All you have to do is sign the contract as well and send it back to us. We look forward to welcoming you as a new team member at MÜNZING CHEMIE
