METOLAT® LA 524

METOLAT LA 524 is an universal wetting and dispersing agent. It is recommended for all solvent borne paint and lacquer systems to prevent flocculation and to improve grinding. It is suitable to disperse BentoneTM gelling agents. (BentoneTM is a trademark of Elementis Specialities.).

EDAPLAN 472 is a wetting agent and dispersant for organic and inorganic pigments and extenders in aqueous media and also suitable for solvent-based systems. It can be used for the production of coating systems based on polymer emulsions and water-soluble resins (air and oven drying, 2K systems) as well as for the production of aqueous and glycol-containing, binder-free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN 470 stabilizes dispersed pigments and extenders and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, colour strength and hiding power are improved and reflocculation is prevented.

METOLAT 394 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent especially designed for transparent iron oxide pigments in aqueous media. It is ideal for the manufacturing of aqueous coating systems based on polymer solutions and / or polymer emulsions (air dry and forced dry, 2K-systems) as well as for the manufacturing of aqueous resin-free pigment concentrates. METOLAT 394 stabilises dispersed transparent iron oxide pigments and reduces the mill-base viscosity. Gloss, colour development and transparency are improved and reflocculation is prevented. Recommended for silicate paints and high pH coatings.

EDAPLAN 930 is a high molecular weight dispersing agent for solvent-based and high-solid systems. It is also suitable for water-based systems. EDAPLAN 930 is designed for dispersing organic and inorganic pigments, as well as fillers. EDAPLAN 930 reduces the viscosity at low shear ranges and stabilizes the pigments against flocculation. Furthermore it increases gloss and color strength of the coating.

EDAPLAN 918 is a solvent-free dispersing and wetting agent with an active content of 100 %. It is designed to disperse organic pigments, carbon blacks and inorganic pigments for universal use in both, water and solvent based systems, including High Solids. It is ideal for the manufacturing of coatings as well as for the manufacturing of resin free pigment concentrates. EDAPLAN 918 stabilises dispersed pigments and reduces mill-base viscosity. Gloss and color development are improved and reflocculation respectively Rub Out is prevented. The product is free of organic solvents.
