FENTAK® AD31906

FENTAK® AD31906 is specifically desgined for addition to Melamine Formaldehyde resin systems used in the impregnation of papers for both High-Pressure and Low-Pressure Decorative Laminates. It is formulated for compatibility with resin systems to provide excellent clarity. FENTAK® AD31906 is Aluminium Oxide free which makes it less abrasive to press plates and treater components. Addition at the recommended rate provides a substantial improvement in scratch resistance of the laminate surface for use in applications where moderate wear resistance is required. Ideally the modified resin should be applied to the paper surface in a two stage treating process.
