FOAM BAN® MS-5A

FOAM BAN® MS-5A is a mineral oil and special wax defoamer for use in metalworking lubricants. Primary applications include both petroleum and vegetable based soluble oils and tank-side defoaming. Main applications: Soluble oil petroleum based metalworking fluids Soluble oil vegetable based metalworking fluids Tank-side metalworking fluids

FOAM BAN® TK-75 is a mineral oil based, non-silicone or silica, containing light cream colored opaque liquid antifoaming agent for tank-side and soluble oil metalworking fluids with improved dispersability in water. It maintains its efficiency in use under constant recycling that occurs in machining operations that utilize filtration. This efficiency is due to the optimized particle size of FOAM BAN® TK-75. Finishing operations such as painting, plating or other surface treatments are unaffected by its use. Main applications: Tank-side metalworking fluids

FOAM BAN® SB-73 is an oil-based defoamer designed primarily for tank-side use in a wide variety of aqueous metalworking lubricants. It is also formulated to provide excellent compatibility, as well as long-term defoaming persistence. Main applications: MW Tank-side high agitation/pressure metalworking fluids MW Tank-side low agitation/pressure metalworking fluids

FOAM BAN® MS-525 is a 3-Dimensional siloxane compound defoamer emulsion for use in aqueous metalworking lubricants. Primary applications include semi-synthetic fluids and water/glycol hydraulic fluids. Main applications: Semi-synthetic low mineral oil content metalworking fluids High water content and water glycol hydraulic metal working fluids

FOAM BAN® HP753N is a highly efficient 3-Dimensional Siloxane compound defoamer designed for aqueous metalworking lubricants. It is also formulated with a low/medium molecular weight polyoxyalkylene technology providing superior compatibility and defoaming efficiency in a variety of applications. Main applications: Semi-synthetic metalworking fluids (high and low oil content) Synthetic metalworking fluids Soluble oil metal working fluids Anti-freeze coolants High water content and water glycol hydraulic fluids Industrial cleaners
